Common questions
You tell us which enrollment centers you can interview at and, optionally, the appointment you want to beat. We check availability at those centers around the clock and send you an SMS as soon as an earlier interview slot opens, with email as a backup.
No. We find earlier openings and alert you. You book the slot yourself on the official Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) website. Slots can be claimed quickly, so we send the alert the moment we see one.
SMS is the primary alert because a text reaches you fastest, and it is included in the price. Email is used as a backup, for receipts, and for account links.
One payment of $24.99 for 90 days of monitoring. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
No. We are an independent monitoring service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by CBP, DHS, or any government agency. You still book through the official TTP website.
Yes. You can monitor up to three enrollment centers at once, which is useful if you are willing to travel for an earlier interview.
No. We only alert you about useful openings, never send duplicate texts for the same slot, and apply sensible per-day and cooldown limits so the alerts stay helpful.
