Our approach
We want you to be satisfied with the service. Because appointment availability depends entirely on the government scheduling system, we cannot guarantee an earlier appointment, but we do guarantee that we monitor your centers and alert you when earlier slots appear.
Requesting a refund
If the service did not work as described, contact us from the email you used at checkout and explain the issue. We review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund based on the government not releasing earlier appointments during your monitoring period, since that availability is outside our control and the monitoring service was still provided.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.
