Before you write

How do the alerts work?

You pick the enrollment centers you can interview at, and we monitor their Global Entry availability around the clock. The moment an earlier interview slot opens at one of your centers, we text you so you can grab it.

What happens after I pay?

Monitoring starts right away. You land straight on your Manage Alerts page in the same browser, and we text a confirmation to your number. There is no account to set up, nothing to install, and we begin watching your selected centers immediately.

Can I change my preferred locations later?

Yes. Open Manage Alerts and verify your phone with a quick code, and you can update your centers, phone number, and date preferences at any time while your monitoring is active.

What if I no longer need alerts?

You can pause alerts or end monitoring at any time from Manage Alerts. To stop text alerts only, reply STOP to any alert message. There is no subscription, so nothing renews on its own.

Why can you not guarantee an earlier appointment?

Availability is controlled entirely by the government scheduling system and can change within seconds. We make sure you hear about earlier openings the instant they appear, but slots can be claimed by others, so no service can promise an appointment.

How soon will I hear back after I send a message?

A real person reads every message and replies, usually within one to two business days. Please include any details that help, such as the phone number you used at checkout.
