Overview

This policy explains what FindGlobalEntry collects and how we use it. We keep data collection to what we need to run the alert service. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with CBP, DHS, or any government agency.

What we collect

When you start monitoring, we collect your email address, mobile phone number, the enrollment centers you choose, and any optional dates you provide (a current appointment date and a target range). We also store basic records of the alerts we send you so we can avoid duplicates and respect sending limits.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to send the appointment alerts you signed up for, plus account and receipt messages. SMS is the primary alert channel and email is used as a backup and for account communication.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third parties to send SMS and email and to process payments. They receive only what is needed to perform their function. Appointment availability is read from public scheduling endpoints.

Data retention

We keep your preferences for the life of your monitoring period and a reasonable time afterward for support and records. You can ask us to delete your data by contacting us from the email you used at checkout.

Your choices

You can update your phone number, change centers, pause alerts, or turn channels on and off from your dashboard at any time. You can reply STOP to SMS messages to opt out of texts.
