Overview
FindGlobalEntry is operated by Rocketlabs Software LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep data collection to what we need to run the alert service. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with CBP, DHS, or any government agency.
What we collect
To run your monitoring we collect your mobile phone number, your alert preferences, and the enrollment centers you select, along with any optional dates you provide (a current appointment date and a target range). Your phone number is required because SMS text messaging is how we send your appointment alerts, and it is also how you access and manage them. We do not ask you for an email address.
When you pay, our payment processor collects an email for its own receipt and handles the transaction; we receive basic order records such as the amount and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card details.
We also keep simple records of the alerts we send so we can avoid duplicates and respect sending limits, plus standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and server logs. We use only the essential cookies needed to run the site, for example to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the monitoring service, to send the appointment alerts you signed up for by SMS text message, and to keep simple records and provide support. We also use it to process payments, keep the service secure, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve how the service works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the service, and each receives only the information needed to do its job. Payments are processed by Stripe. Appointment alert text messages are sent through Twilio. Email is delivered through Resend. Appointment availability is read from public government scheduling endpoints.
SMS alerts and consent
SMS text alerts are the primary way we deliver your Global Entry appointment alerts, so you provide a mobile phone number at signup. By entering your phone number you agree to receive transactional SMS appointment alerts from us at that number. These are transactional service messages, not marketing.
We use your mobile number only to deliver the appointment alerts you asked for. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates.
Message frequency varies based on appointment availability. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. For help you can also use the contact form on our website. After you opt out we stop sending texts. You can manage your alerts, change centers, or end monitoring anytime from Manage Alerts on our website.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, and for a reasonable time afterward to meet support, legal, security, and record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your data by contacting us through the contact form on our website.
Your choices and rights
You can update your phone number, change centers, or pause alerts from Manage Alerts at any time. To opt out of SMS, reply STOP to any alert text or remove your number from Manage Alerts; reply HELP for help. You may ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can promise perfect security. Please keep your phone secure and let us know promptly if you think your account has been affected.
