Terms of Service

The service
FindGlobalEntry is operated by Rocketlabs Software LLC. The service monitors Global Entry appointment availability at the enrollment centers you select and notifies you when an earlier interview slot appears. We do not book, hold, or reserve appointments. You book, reschedule, or cancel any appointment yourself on the official Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) website.
No affiliation
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Trusted Traveler Programs, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency.
No guarantee
Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the government scheduling system and can change within seconds. We cannot guarantee that an earlier appointment will become available, that you will be able to book a slot we detect, or that any particular result will occur. Slots can be claimed by others before you act.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and keeping them current so we can reach you. You are also responsible for using the official Trusted Traveler Programs website to book, manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and for checking the official appointment details before making travel or other decisions.
SMS alerts
SMS text messaging is the primary way we deliver your appointment alerts, so you provide a mobile phone number at signup. By entering your phone number you agree to receive transactional SMS appointment alerts from us at that number. We send these texts only to deliver the appointment alerts you requested, never marketing.
Message frequency varies based on appointment availability. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. You can also reach us through the contact form on our website. We do not sell or share your mobile number with any third parties. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or removing your number from Manage Alerts; this ends your text alerts.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for your own appointment search or for someone you are authorized to help. You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping or copying it, reverse engineering it, using it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or interfering with or attempting to disrupt its normal operation.
Payment
The service is a one-time payment for a fixed monitoring period as described at checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short, if the service did not work as described, contact us through the contact form on our website and we will review your request in good faith.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we may pause, change, or discontinue features when we need to, for example for maintenance or security, or in response to changes outside our control such as updates to the government scheduling system.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rocketlabs Software LLC is not liable for missed appointments, delays, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the revised terms.
