When you first book Global Entry, the system often shows a date months out. Sooner dates do exist, but they open up after the schedule is set, not before. The most common source is a cancellation: someone with an earlier interview reschedules or drops their appointment, and that time becomes bookable again.

CBP also releases new blocks of dates and occasionally adjusts staffing at enrollment centers, which can briefly add availability. None of this follows a posted schedule, so there is no specific day or hour to watch. The openings simply appear when they appear.
