Global Entry Appointment Availability

Appointment availability changes constantly as the scheduling system releases new dates and travelers cancel. Rather than refreshing the booking site, let us watch your centers and text you when an earlier slot opens.

Why availability is a moving target

Global Entry interview availability is not fixed. CBP staffs each enrollment center on its own schedule, so the open dates you see depend on the center, the time of day, and what has just been booked or canceled by other travelers.

Two things tend to move the calendar. New blocks of dates get released as centers plan further ahead, and individual slots reopen when someone cancels or reschedules. Both can happen at any hour, which is why a center that looks fully booked in the morning can show an opening by the afternoon.

Because everyone is pulling from the same pool, an open slot is shared until someone claims it. What you saw a minute ago may already be gone, and a fresh opening may have taken its place.

What our live feed on the homepage shows

On our homepage we surface the soonest currently-open interview dates we are seeing at several major enrollment centers. It is pulled from real availability, not a guess, so it gives you a quick sense of how the calendar looks right now across busy regions.

Treat the feed as a snapshot, not a promise. By the time you reach the official Trusted Traveler Programs site, a date listed there may have been booked by someone else, and a center not listed may have just opened up. The feed reflects a moment in time on a calendar that keeps shifting.

How to actually catch an earlier opening

Manually checking availability rarely works because the gap between an opening appearing and someone claiming it can be short. You would have to refresh the right center at the right second, around your job and the rest of your day.

That is the part we handle. You tell us which centers you can interview at, and we check availability around the clock. The moment we detect an earlier slot at one of your centers, we send an SMS so you can sign in and book before it is taken. Email is kept as a backup channel.

  • Pick up to three enrollment centers you are willing to travel to, which widens the pool of openings we watch.
  • If you already have an appointment, give us the date you want to beat so we only alert you on genuinely earlier slots.
  • Keep your phone handy after an alert, since the booking still happens on the official TTP site and slots can go quickly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Centers release new dates and travelers cancel or reschedule throughout the day, and every opening is shared until someone books it. That constant churn is why the same center can look full one hour and have an opening the next.
No, and we would not want to put a fake number in front of you. Availability shifts minute to minute, so any count would be out of date almost immediately. Our homepage feed shows the soonest open dates we are seeing rather than a running tally.
It reflects real openings we are seeing at major centers, but it is a snapshot. The official Trusted Traveler Programs site is always the source of truth, and a slot can be booked by someone else before you reach it.
Yes. A center with nothing open today can release new dates or pick up a cancellation at any time. Monitoring means you hear about that opening by SMS the moment it appears instead of checking back yourself.
A quick note: FindGlobalEntry is an independent appointment-monitoring service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any government agency. We do not book or hold appointments for you. When we find an earlier opening, you book it yourself on the official Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) website. Appointment availability changes constantly, so a slot is not guaranteed to remain open.
